Raleigh is badass, I wonder if the power he used to knock everyone out is similar what Shanks seems to have (when he came aboard Whitebeard's ship).
I thought it was pretty cool that he knew of Luffy and had been wanting to meet him. Luffy is getting quite the reputation.
