But of course the question can seem invasive if you are someone like me who likes freedom and going where I want when I want, without my cell phone. If you insist so, then "her point" was never clear. That much is evident from all the differing opinions on what she "meant". The only way one could say that "sucking dick" definitely meant "be accommodating towards" is if that phrase is common slang. And if her point was never so much about sucking dick, then she shouldn't have mentioned it in the first place. If she didn't mean it, it's her fault for saying something she didn't mean.

Going back to my motivation behind my responses:

1) My first response was in regards to the man in the youtube video talking about how he thought "sucking dick" didn't literally mean the act of putting a penis in your mouth and sucking it. My response commented that it is what the girl herself meant when she said talks about sucking dick, not how he or other people think it's a stand-in for something else.

2) My Second (and perhaps the following) comments were in response to DS's comment that it's "irrelevant", that it's " selective listening", because "her point was about bitches being annoying and controlling"

I believe the meaning of "selective listening" is something along the lines of "to (either voluntarily or involuntarily) choose to listen to various sections of a speech or conversation rather than digesting it as a whole". Feel free to correct or challenge that.

To say a certain section, part or phrase of the girl's speech was "irrelevant" because "her point was about bitches being annoying and controlling" - and then calling others out for "selectively listening" - Responding to that was the motivation behind my (latest) comments.

I wrote a dissertation to explain the meaning and motivations behind my posts - and to clarify that I wasn't fixated on blow jobs. The dissertation is about the integrity and reasoning behind my posting - not so much the girl and her vid.

Besides, the post is only 257 words minus quotes. The quotes were mostly there to explain how the conversation came about - and I admit that shouldn't have to be done because it's assumed that readers can read.

True, but to immediately think he's gonna cheat, only shows distrust in a relationship. I mean sure if there are several reasons more to justify that thought (things haven't been going well lately or something similar to cheating happened before etc.) then it's just being cautious but if there are none, you're being paranoid.

Regarding the very first video, well, bitch/bitches/cock/suck/fuck/fucking do come to often in her speech. I can't tell she's either right or wrong. I guess she does what she feels works for her, but maybe shouldn't try to push that on every other girls.
