Looks like a viral marketing thing to me.
The portraits all have country names listed on them, and I checked out this page which has the main page printed out and pasted in different cities around the world.
I also checked the deviantart of the girl who did the other 2 portraits: http://harris-ejaz.deviantart.com/
Some guy mentions the email address on the site, but I couldn't send them anything. Weird.
Edit: I found an unfiction forums topic on it: http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/v...ic.php?t=28489. Turns out the people who own the site are Guerrilla Marketing, which is Italian.
