I guess that when people truly aren't forced into something and there's no harm, why refuse?

In that particular case, it is in fact not really confortable to lie down for a long time and I'm almost certain those ladies are either forced or enticed into doing that. That would then be a no.

That's the kind of thing that sounds sexy on paper but in practice it just looks both disgusting and unappetizing.
