This anime is just getting better and better. I wonder if Adachi himself has input on the transition. I hope so, since manga formats usually don't translate well to anime. Adachi is a great storyteller, and his contribution may make the transition positive.
Somehow, I agree that the best adjective for this show right now is powerful, at least the drama parts. The comedy parts are best described as witty, I think.

Anyways, another great episode. It's cute and all, but now it kind of feels really bad that Wakaba's words of determined love are what's holding Aoba back (If you believe she's secretly loving him). I think she's internally conflicting herself since she was young, "hating" Ko for stealing his sister's attention all the time, but admiring him at the same time.
And if my eyes aren't fooled, the captain of the baseball team's....that No.1 fighter?
Also, Shiki-subs should really get themselves a QC.

I watch Shiki-Subs. They seem to be the only group with episode 2 out.

Those minor typos were annoying me throughout, but the translations themselves were pretty good. I wish they'd spend the extra minutes proofing their typing.
The episode itself was quite good. Aoba seemed as though she wanted to like Ko, though that can always be tricky with the sibling stuff.

Its this episode real? I mean... Im stuck at 70% with no seeds. The link at TokyoTosho doesn't link to their blog. And the blog doesn't link to the torrent... plus they were saying they might drop Cross Game because people were stealing their scripts. =/
Shiki-subs does a decent job, but it takes forever to download their torrents.
I can't be the only one with speed problems, it's been stuck at 0-2 active seed since this morning.

It's possible that this is a fake release, but both of their previous torrents also took forever to download so i'll wait and see.
Yup, the ep 3 is fake. It has words all over it. Talking about eXalpha, people uploading to Megaupload, Veoh, and so on.

Very nice episode. Things are being set up nicely for Koh to begin baseball. Aoba was definitely surprised Momiji could keep up with her, even when she shot a ball more strongly than intended. It gives her yet even more proof that what Wakaba told her, all those years ago, could be true.

How are their subs? Shiki is really annoying with delayed subtitles at times and poor spelling.
I really distrust groups that begin on episode 4 instead of episode 1... so I'll stick with the annoying Shiki.
