It's a timeless classic, any anime fan should have this one under his belt

Obviously the vid quality isn't the best, but it does get very decent towards the end

Anyway, if you do want to watch this version and not the old one

'kay, think ill download it, tho it does take a shitload of space, just found a torrent pack containing DB 1-153, DBZ 1-194, Movie 1-4 and 2 Specials (remastered and uncut)

Fucking thing takes up 99.42 GB, need to clear some things of my hd ;D

That will give me something to watch for a really long time lol

    Edit:
Son of a bitch, just read that theres 97 more DBZ eps, fucking ridiculous ;P

Its okay you'll be deleting massive amounts of filler, especially for dragonball.

    It's not a must Marik >_>

Dragon Ball fillers are on par with One Piece fillers in my opinion, they're quite enjoyable

Should i watch the movies at particular points in the timeline (after certain eps etc) or are they all completely independent, or are they like sucky and skippable? (like the Naruto movies >.>)

Don't compare naruto to dragon ball... >_>

I think you should watch the movies after you're done with the series, since you could get spoiled of certain techniques and transformations

Also, be sure to get the OVAs since they're especially good ( The story of trunks and chibi-goku )

No, don't skip the movies, some of them are quite good. Movies 6 and 12 are probably my favorites. The only really bad movie in my opinion, was Movie 11.

I agree with Archangel, watch them after you've seen the series.

Haha yeah, Bio-Broly was pretty lame

Incase you do want to watch the DBZ movies, movies 1 - 3 should be watched after episode 35.

Watch movies 4 and 5 any time after episode 125

    Movies 6 and 7 after episode 138

Movies 8 and 9 around after episode 200

Movies 10 - 13 after the series finishes.

Don't forget Bardok's story. That one and the Trunks one are both very good backstories.

Hmm, the entire Dragonball series' ran for a total of 508 episodes.

One Piece just needs another 100 Episodes to pass it!

I think GT is a mixed bag. The black star arc is just terrible, but the later arcs have some good ideas, that aren't executed particularly well. I also thought it was cool how the final arc ended the series actually revolving around the Dragon Balls the series is named after.

It might have simply been the fact that she's only a quarter Saiyan.
