I still like K-ON at least in small portions, like this single episode. And it's still just Yui that doesn't work well with my tastes but when served with plenty of Azu-nyan and Mio, I hardly notice.

Mentioning air guitars in connection with Finland made me smile, but thinking about it more deeply it makes sense: Japan won twice the world championship so it likely even has some tiny fame in Japan.

Mio too the photo rejection more calmly than I thought: I expected her to get really stressed and embarrassed.

I couldn't stop having funny thoughts when we saw Mio's last outfit. Exactly what's meant to be going "up" and "down"..

Showcasing various outfits like this is fun. I much prefer this than Endless Eight. Yui appeals to me more than to Kraco it seems. While "favourite character" is something else entirely, Yui/Ritsu seems to keep things fresh for me, even when they take up the majority of the episode at times in the past, while Mio/Azu-nyan could get old if repeated in succession.

My biggest smile was probably seeing that Mugi was all too keep to hug Azu-nyan from behind.

Seeing this girls again made me smile. It will be long before we get the College Version animated, so I hope we get a few more side stories like this. Like the actual overseas vacation for instance.

I reckon they probably won't even make it overseas due to all the blunders they'll run into (like someone forgetting their passport) and will end up going to Okinawa instead.

On the other hand, I think it will be hilarious if they got to Finland only to find out Mugi can't speak Finnish.
