sig made by Itachi-y2k5, thanks, dude!
Currently Watching: probably a show directed at 9 years old girls, lets be honest.

You know the important distinction between Batman and me? Batman is fictional. In real life, there isn't always an alternative.

Thanks DBZ...I'm so glad you're around to contribute such delightful words of inspiration.

Guess Luffy might stop Ace's execution after all....I'm really not sure what's going to happen now.

Luffy seems to be better already. It just goes to show, how much "willpower" he has. I'm interested in hearing more detail about this technique that takes ten years off your life.

I'm sure its just the typical "cells can only deconstruct/reconstruct a finite number of times" excuse.

I call them as I see them.

we already know that Luffy has a strong willpower, we saw that at thriller bark, and we know that a great haki means a great conviction.

the other half of the chapter simply diminished the accomplishments of luffy and bon clay. first, all their efforts were considered entertainment by the crossdresser's club, who are omnipotent and can do whatever they want inside their small piece of heaven. later we are told that luffy, crocodile and even all the super rookies are basically small time pirates, because the goverment doesn't agree to let papers write about all the real strong pirates, who's actions are so radical the pirate age censorship hides them.

I thought it was a quite interesting chapter. We got a fair amount of information in that conversation from Frank N Furter....err I mean whoever that Person is. Lol at the 'FOOOOOOOD" yell at the end.

I read that the opposite way. The World Government has been hiding its conflict with Luffy since Arabasta, and on to Enies Lobby and the battle with Moria. They are embarassed that they haven't stopped him -- especially since he's a "good guy" with the potential to turn people against the WG. If he was caught, he would be on Level 6.

Also, all the pirates you mentioned are on level 6. The WG basically had to acknowledge Crocodile's arrest, since they had to replace him, and didn't want the public thinking a pirate took him down.
