Well, I don't think turning a guy into an actual chick is really the same as someone becoming an okama, however that is interesting in a Ranma sorta way. Ivankof kinda freaks me out....

Also, on a bit more of a deeper level, I am surprised that Oda took the whole transvestite psychology to a more socially-accurate context. If Bon Clay was the only figure-head of okamas in the One Piece world, I would've shrugged it off to Oda just capitalizing on goofy japanese interpretations of transvestite stereotypes.

Next chapter thanks to Ivankof, we will see Luffy-chan. I am kinda hoping for nightmare Luffy to return by putting all his pain and imbue it in his body, like Haki is imbued in arrows to make them more destructive.
