He guessed everyone right
Saber/Archer/Rin/Sakura
then Fred from the Flintstones and so on...
and he even found out my World of Warcraft character + other game-characters I could think of.. even pedobear

It failed me - I was thinking of Reinmar von Bielau from one of Sapkowski's work(Narrenturm, God's warriors?(no idea for English title), Lux Perpetua books). it said to me "your rpg character".

Damn. This thing surely knows what it's talking about! It got Väinämöinen correctly. Though it had already been asked 287 times... I guess quite a few Finns have visited the place before.
He didn't get Dhianeira from Heroic Age though
His first guesses were pretty close though....some blond from Legend of Galactic Heroes, followed by Releena Peacecraft (Gundam Wing).
I might have confused him since I didn't consider psychic powers = magical powers.

I inputted some anime characters to test it and it got almost all of the Bleach characters correct, except for Zaraki Kenpachi... for some reason.

This is pretty fun. I like how his expression changes as he is closing in on the answer. Sometimes he asks a question that is dead-on (like "Is your character from the Warcraft series" or "does your character have orange hair") that makes me laugh.

Wow, I'm very impressed. He guessed correctly for me with Winston Churchill, Jennifer Aniston, Naruto, and then Keith Moon, using under 15 questions.
It then took him 20 questions to guess John Paul Jones (bassist for Zepp) and then Victor Wooten.
I really really want to stump him but I'm afraid it will ruin the magic. It's hard to think of something that's not too obscure so that it no longer becomes fun.
Edit: hahahaha, I was thinking of Steve Blum (the anime voice actor) and he gave me the Shamwow guy. Best surprise ever.

It guessed Brandon Heat surprisingly.
I beat him with Ivy Tamwood from the Rachel Morgan series written by Kim Harrison. It was on the right track, it guessed Anita Blake.
I just now stumped him with my favorite author, Tim O'Brien. He thought it was Salinger. Then I felt bad and thought of Reggie Fils-Aime. Took him 20 questions, but he got it.
I didn't know Reggie was Haitian.

Guess he didn't know Australian politics too well neither. My character was our Former Treasurer Peter Costello. He got as far as our Former Prime Minister John Howard. Good enough I guess.

And surprisingly, he got Tir McDohl from Suikoden and Fei Fong Wong from Xenogears, Horned Reaper from Dungeon Keeper, Jesus. And most surprisingly he got Hosaka from Minami-ke.
It didn't get Flik, from Suikoden.It didn't get Jarexx from Redmoon (A really obscure and not very known Korean MMO).

Heh, this is pretty fun. I tried to get him to guess Kurt Warner, but he thought of Brett Favre instead. Warner's name was second on the list, so he was pretty close.

It guessed Kusanagi Motoko (the Major) right!
It even got Lunamaria Hawke. However, I tried again for Meyrin and that failed. It answered with Lunamaria again.
My first one was Vash the Stampede. He guessed wrong. He was asking some questions that seemed like it would be obvious, though...
Ahaha...another one I was thinking of a friend of mine, and he asks the question "Is this character a friend of yours?" then followed by "does this character use a sentient weapon?"
