I still probably would have turned it off a gee willigers if Shino wasn't so damn cool.
Basically all (young) ninja who are capable of intelligent independent action look pretty cool, compared to those who all the time are running back to the group leader asking for permissions and instructions for every little thing. Shino looked all the time like he knew what he was doing.
I don't think I even need to mention Naruto himself in this context...
i didn't really mind it. i'm not really following the whole naruto/toad and water style thing, but yeah, seeing shino isn't bad at all.

yeah i agree, it could be a lot worse. I think the coolness of this arc will be relative to the coolness of naruto's collab jutsu.
