Not caring about the major crimes going on everywhere seems to clash with Kuroko's previously established personality in my opinion. She must be hopelessly upset about Mikoto potentially being in Touma's company (quite a hasty conclusion to draw anyway) to ignore everything else. Kind of strange that after hearing the news she didn't consider Mikoto could be out there fighting the villains all alone. She knows Mikoto has been doing that in the past and she wasn't all too pleased about it. Now, though, she just wants to eat and do some paperwork...

This is shaping up to be one of the best arcs so far. So much going on and even Touma doesn't seem to find time for lenghty preaches. Accelerator shines in pretty much all the scenes. Such a crazy dude.

Well... outsiders are out of Judgement jurisdiction. Anti-Skill is taking care of the recent problems... and unless Anti-Skill requests backup, none of Judgement can interfere. Kuroko follows those rules to the dot... and well... her own jealously does add to the mix.

Indeed, indeed. Being so messed up makes it all the better. It's also nice how everybody seems to have their own fights. Except Kuroko who insists on doing paperwork while others are fighting for their lives... Accelerator still keeps kicking ass. He's a funny dude for sure. And even Touma's preaches were kept to minimum. What's there to not like?

Hyouka did get pretty harsh treatment, though, looking like an idiot with her tongue hanging out and everything...

Could you not find a better understatement? Lol, Hyouka was just fucked up. That's what happens when magic and science cross paths.

Heaven Canceller's one hell of a character. I have no idea what to think when a frog-faced, apparently nurse-con doctor can give orders to squads like he does.

I thought it was also pretty nice that the squad instantly knew it was him. I actually wanna know more bout that guy right now.
Also....pretty epic so far. Wonder how Touma and Accel are gonna react when they find out they were actually helping each other

It seemed like Accelerator already recognized Touma from his voice. Touma, however, it still in for a surprise. Assuming they meet again soon enough, which they might not. However, even if they will meet, Touma shouldn't be much worried since anybody protecting loli Misaka must be good in his book, no matter the past.

Can someone explain to me what Hyouka does again and why she's an angel now? From what I remembered she was just invisible and had something to do with the AIM Field?

This anime does a poor job of explaining all these random terms and circumstances.

I expect a proper explanation on the next episode... but Im assumming that Aleister's people took control of her AIM Field and combined it with magic, therefore creating an artificial angel, like the Angel Fall arc, messing up Kazakiri (hence FUZE Kazakiri) since magic and science shouldn't combine.

It wasn't that bad but certainly some parts would be nice to be explained later, even if I don't belong to the faction demanding explanations for everything.

Those gunmen working for Kihara are worse shots than stormtroopers... The last thing I wanted is Misaka to get shot but come on.

It was one of the worst directed anime episodes I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot.

Accelerator unlocked lvl6 which gave him magical powers.

Accel sucked in this fight. The very fact that his zombie-fied form did better than his battery-operated one proves this. Vector manipulation should mean you can make a railgun out of anything you can touch. You tackled with a skyscaper, and you're telling me you can't hit a bloody scientist. What happened to that badassery?

How he suddenly got his movement back made no sense though.

(Having a bullet through your frontal cortex shouldn't affect your motor skills like that in the first place, but a simply unthinking Accelerator wouldn't have been very different to the one earlier this episode anyway)

It's like he learned nothing from his fight with Touma, a simple projectile would have been enough to end it but he kept lunging in like a retard.

At this point i just assume that when anything doesn't make sense it's JC Staff's fault for not properly explaining what was going on.

Accelerator is an idiot. If his power is based on vector calculations he could easily counter the 'pull-back' punch trick. Imagine that there is a layer around him that changes the vector to opposite when something touches it. he was hit only because he reflected acceleration only. when something is slowing down acceleration vector is opposite to speed's vector so he was hit (punch reached the layer and acceleration got reflected). but if he reflected speed, or even better force, there would be no way for such trick to work.

Overall this arc is pretty interesting, but when its getting closer to end its getting shittier and shittier - why Kihara didn't even try to do something to Index? oh random girl comes in and i'll just keep punching the Accelerator while she is talking on goddamn phone "how to destroy my plan". . .
Touma was retarded(like always), God's Right Seat... she is insane and interesting character but her reason for fighting is goddamn cliche and lame. Batshit crazy Accelerator was interesting to watch. Like with Croce di Pietro arc - it is really interesting at first but there is high possibility for ending of this arc to be utter shit too.
