Yeah. I'm surprised that Orsola is #2 and Touma's mom is way down at #41.

Fukiyose Seiri... she is obviously the mythical level 6, how else would she have the power to go through all of this episode without falling for Touma or even blushing?

Dragging him from place to place, chasing after him, clearly getting embarrassed by their foreheads touching, very much interested if how he was enjoying what she had set up, etc. Her behavior isn't all that different from Mikoto's. She had a clear focus and interest in Touma the whole episode. He's not the only deadbeat in his class always disappearing at random times (Tsuchimikado).
Would Touma even remember any events that had happened prior? Not a one.
She's stoic, I'll give her that. She doesn't let getting soaked through break her cool, but getting seen naked or looking like Touma was molesting young girls certainly does it.
I still can't believe Mikoto's mom has bigger ones than Seiri...the profile might have been there, but I'm just not seeing it.
Bummer that we won't be seeing Kanzaki yet again. If she's so strong, why do her hands always seem tied? Won't kill angels, can't get involved in Amakusa conflict, can't get stabbed by stabby sword. All she's been good for is kicking Touma's ass around.
She didn't blush, so according to the great laws of anime she isn't his, at least for now.

Regarding Touma, is he gay or something, with that many skinship, girls wanting him and the like, he seems disinterrested and even fears that a little. He's oblivious to obvious details and does not seem to have any sexual drive/lust. I admitt he does occasionnaly blush, but very scarcely relatively to all the contacts he gets.
Would his hand also nullify his sexual desires, I mean after all it disables anything esper and magical. I do hope that hand does not disable other things, or he really is screwed as your hand is your best pal when teenage hormones are massively flowing through your body

I'm not too sure that I understand the significance of this trade. If it's a legit trade as opposed to a steal, with what authority do people have to stop them?

It may be they're worried about it getting stolen. Especially during the festival, where it is much easier for a mage to sneak in. Aleister told Archbishop Laura Stuart that the defenses were reduced because of it.
What makes it a problem is the very nature of the stab sword. If it gets stolen instead of traded, then you have a weapon capable of killing any Saint with just a poke, only now no one involved knows who has it. As they put it, Saints are used for deterrence, like nuclear warheads. They'd be losing a device that can neutralize all of country's nuclear bombs.
If it is a legitimate trade, I wonder if boobies mage thinks Touma is trying to steal it. There is fishy stuff going on here. Laura Stuart is a liar and a supreme manipulator. Who knows how much truth she is really ever saying.
I can see this arc ending with Touma by accident neutralizing the whole stab sword... If it's an enchanted sword, like it must be to have such a power, just one touch from Touma would turn it into a wall decoration.
That would mean that Touma just shifted the world's power balance by accident.
How unfortunate he is indeed.
