there is a big chance that all novels will be animated (second season for example)... so I would never pre-read them myself xD

You would need minimum 3 Seasons to animate the 17 novels + 2 specials
Meybe touma would dispel her seal that keeps her outside of Angels Fall?

Well Touma noticed his father's appearance didn't change, but Tsuchimikado noticed a different thing and asked Touma not to touch it.
Feng Shui
As a former Professor in Feng Shui, not only did he pick up on what was placed in the house, but also how it was placed, and he certainly knows what this arrangement does - three white tigers in a row facing whatever direction etc.
Still, I don't think Touma's dad is the culprit. The Russian mage just looks too fishy. On the other hand, I think Touya's obession with Feng Shui has gathered positive energy around him in such a way that dispelled the effects of Angel Fall on himself.
If one such as Misha, who knows nothing about Feng Shui, saw the photo, they would automatically assume Touya as the spellcaster, much like Touma did.
"You forgot what Misha tried to do to you when she thought you were the culprit?"
You can look at that in two ways. What doesn't support this theory is how Tsuchimikado didn't clear up Touma's suspicions of his dad if he is in fact innocent. He mentioned there were exceptions such as Touma, but his emphasis was on the spellcaster, implying Touma's thinking was correct.

I find it strange Touma's father gathers so many lucky items.
I guess he might me plaggued with bad luck much like his son...
Could it be he also has an Imagine Breaker of his own?

This episode ended in a rather nice way... I really want to see the next episode now, they did a great job there.
I don't know what to think of Misha... she seems to be the real culprit to me. She didn't want to touch Touma's right hand and she seems to know a lot more than the rest.
Come to think of it, I'm not sure what to make of Misha's gum scene. The way she looked when she was offered gum, and her hesitation at taking it was reminiscent of those "No-one's-ever-treated me-like-a-friend" scene.
I'm still having second thoughts about who the real culprit is. Though she looked evil in the preview, herGeassred-ringed eyes really hint she suffers from the same Programmed actions as Index. I think either that's her "Kill Mode", after seeing the real culprit, or she's been forced against her will by the Russian Orthodox Church to cast Angel's Fall.
If it's not Isuzu-chan Mii~
I don't buy Touma's father being the culprit, it's too obvious ( they even named the episode after him )
Also the way we see him punch in the preview, i wonder if he possesses an imagine breaker himself.
Thora's added Index to their project list, encoding Eclipse's subs with proper Blu Ray quality raws. I don't have the download quota, HDD space nor interest in getting them, but it's there if anyone's interested.
They'll be coming out slowly (I think), so don't expect to be watching these alongside the regular-Eclipse episodes.

Am I the only one who noticed Kanzaki didn't mind Tsuchimikado staring at her ass?
Nope, you aren't the only one. Do you think they had an affair before? That would be strange though, since Kanzaki's reaction could imply she never ate the apple.Originally Posted by NeoCybercoin

You guys must be seeing things...he wasn't doing that.

Alright episode, but it felt more like a setup for the next one which looks to be action packed. I'm with other people here that think that the Dad has an imagine breaker himself, but I still think he's involved with Angels Fall. If he's like Touma, the dude is getting it on with his wife while realizing she looks like Index.

If you're talking about the bath scene, Tsuchimikado was talking to her while standing behind the door so he didn't really see anything.
Maybe he casted Angel Fall to spice up his sex life?Originally Posted by Munsu
Let's suppose Touya really is the culprit, and not some spy too...
Let's suppose he also has an Imagine Breaker.
I wouldn't be surprised he seeks great power, since all his life he'd be both unlucky and powerless... only being able to anihilate any attacks thrown at him.
by setting up the angel fall, since every role/power would be changed on earth, starting with himself, he'd probably get angel powers... very tempting I guess for someone living a powerless and unlucky life due to an imagine breaker.

If Imagine Breaker brings bad luck to its owner (although I'm still waiting to see Touma's REAL bad luck... I mean come on... he is surrounded by girls...) and Touma's father also had one... it would explain why he has so many 'luck' items arranged at home.
It's kind of strange that Touya, assuming that he's the culprit, would give Touma all the little details that circulates into big solutions (like reminding him when Misha didn't touch Touma's right hand).
Like RyougaZell said, even if Touya does have Imagine Breaker, all of the "luck items" that he has in stored will probably negate it, along with the Feng Shui. But, kind of odd how he treats all the swapped appearances like natural, though.

Yeah, if he was the spellcaster why would he try to make someone else look guilty? That's just stupid...Originally Posted by Nadouku

God, you're so dumb. What kind of culprit would give away such a good detail that leads to a perfect solution? Christ, you know when you're beyond reproach in stupidity.Originally Posted by Archangel, the Dumbass

Then how about using that as an example you moron? -_-
Anyway i don't think he's really guilty, the whole episode focused on trying to make him look that way so i think it's too obvious.
