It looked to me like she was creating some sort of teleportation storm like she accendentally did before, after shooting Kuroko. This time she did it purposefully, continuously teleporting pieces of the building probably higher. Since that four tons is her limit, she can't teleport that much material in the end. Four tons of concrete isn't any huge volume. But of course it's enough to wreck a building when done amass. Or when done intelligently, which she wasn't doing.

Anyway, this arc was over, for now, sooner than I expected. Luckily we did get that awesome Accelerator fight. Despite losing some of his powers, he now kicks likely more ass than before because he lost also some of his deluded arrogance and overconfidence. Let's hope Touma doesn't ever need to fight him again...

Kuroko's idealised image of Mikoto was funny as well: Only fights when she absolutely needs to. Doesn't describe very well the Biribiri who attacked every time she saw Touma, who hates to lose even a meaningless fight, and is quite vengeful indeed.

Even though it's not the exact same power, Kuroko explained that teleporting displaces whatever was originally there with whatever you teleported. That means she'll replace the glass, not the other way around.

First off, you're quoting RZ, not me. I'm being nitpicky, but please correct.

I'm not disagreeing with the conclusions you're making, but not all teleportation displaces objects. We know that Kuroko's does, but not someone like Kongo Mitsuko from Railgun. Both are considered "teleporters" despite the vast difference in their teleporting mechanics.

It's not clear whether Musujime's works more in line with Kuroko's, but it is likely given the circumstances. Kuroko can teleport herself safely into a wall because she displaces. If she didn't, her leg/arm/head/etc would either get cut off or merge with the wall material, resulting in the same thing. Since Musujime presumably has all her organs and it looks like she's got all her limbs, it's safe to say she displaces things too.

Her condition is most likely simply due to her panicking when she got a foot stuck in the wall.

Her mental breakdown was her losing her inhibitions about teleporting things to her limits and teleporting herself as a last resort. They showed her teleporting remote objects in a random pattern as she started to lose it. She was regaining her full strength, but losing more precision and control.

I ended up setting with Musujime teleporting a section of the building that was above Kuroko (explaining the light shining above her). To use an example for clarification:

-Kuroko is on the 4th floor.
-Musujime removes the 5th floor
-Floors 6 and above collapse and crush Kuroko

I agree. Her body is automatically reacting to teleportation based on the fear or whatever injury resulted from that incident. Trauma, as the subs put it best.

There's one theme that hasn't been fully depicted yet but that seems to add up:
Sanity of high level ability users.

Why that theme?
Well we had the ability acceleration arc, that had people fry their minds/brains.
We had the accelerator, who was losing sanity and fried par of his brain.
We have now that level 4 teleport who was also losing sanity.

I guess that when the level rises, the burden on the brain and mind become difficult to cope with. After all, they use their brains at full capacity to bend reality. At some point, I guess it becomes difficult to keep track of what is real or not.

I think there was. As Kuroko continued to lay into her verbally, and then charged at her with the lamp, Musujime shot Kuroko. Immediately after that, she starting having her nervous breakdown.

Her power activated, and a teleport storm started around her. Random objects from nearby were popping in and out, floating around her, something she had not shown earlier. All prior instances showed any object being moved from Point A to Point B (i.e. inside Kuroko) and then taken over by gravity. No motion involved, or she threw objects such as Kuroko's needles. It looked like she (re)gained the ability to apply vectors to her teleport targets. Maybe even a little telekinesis.

But the control wasn't there. She grabbed the gun and a spoon was in it. Kuroko didn't do that, she was far too hurt to do anything at that point. The pain had long since overridden Kuroko's abilities. Musujime was the one haphazardly teleporting furnishings and tableware during her panic attack.

Why is Buff's power level 5? The explanation says "膨大な電流によって発生する斥力を持った弾丸を、ぶち殺す! 能力" which means "The ability to destroy repulsion bullets that are created from enormous electric currents." That is way too specific to be useful, so it can't be level 5. It is purely anti-Railgun.

As you might have seen, the translation is really strange. It gives hints at what the thing might be.

Depending on your system, you can even directly use copy and paste for japanese text, instead of using the "website translator" that is slower and less convenient to use for that little generator.
