From the looks of it, you made it exactly right. That's a nice deep red, as I said to you in the PM, and from the reaction, I'm gauging it about to the point where you've got it down. As for doubling it, you're good on that too. Like I told you in the thread, it's a bit on the hot/spicy side. Also, did you use 1/4 cup of hot sauce, or 1/2? And which brand hot sauce did you use?
