Growing up I always saw commercials and images of cereal with fresh berries or slices of bananas in it but never tried it myself. I put the banana in right before I ate the cereal, still too soggy.Originally Posted by XanBcoo
I've been eating oatmeal lately and I looked at the package and can't see the point. High in carbs, high in sodium, and some packages are high in calories. Protein, fiber, and other nutritious reasons for eating oatmeal seem negligible. So what's the point of eating oatmeal?
