    I've stopped watching naruto for a long time already, just wanna know has the story back on track following the manga yet?? I'm tired of fillers..

    Shippuuden 71 was the last filler ep. Start watching from 72.

    I trust you're not referring to the Original Naruto ep70?

    I'm trusting you don't mean the entire long filler arc. Naruto Shippuuden is the new start after the fillers, also the new start of the Naruto universe with a 3 year period between the last original Naruto episode

    Yeah, I was thrown off by the "haven't watched Naruto for a long time" part too.

    These cutoffs are pretty close:

    Naruto 1-138 = manga
    Naruto 139-220=Filler

    Shippuuden 1-56=Manga
    Shiippuuden 57-71=Filler.

    If you have them all ready to go, and watch them REAL FAST they're not as bad ;p

    Shippuuden is half filler, half-manga, all mixed in. Bad Stew.

    You're forgetting the dude with the lighting sword filler arc that was just before the sasuke retrieval arc.
