well, she's suffering from lack of money, which, as previously experienced by Madona (jump!) and gwen Stefanni ("super Kawaii!), causes artists to sell out and pretend they're something more close to 'today's youth' underground\sub culture.

I was so impressed when I thought Avril wrote these herself. And then 2 mins in I just realized that she was idolzing herself. And then I read the wiki and she has nothing to do with this at all. :| Agreed with whoever said this is a stab to appeal to some more subcultures.
