    Gif and Windows Vsita

Apparently they don't get along, for some reason my animated gifs just don't move when i'm watching them on windows image viewer. I have to use internet explorer to see it animate. Any ideas how to solve this? ( dont say go back to xp )

Seriously, if you are adamant on using the Image Viewer, the answer actually is "Go back to XP."

It's a pretty well documented problem, and loading the image up in a browser or other 3rd party app is the only solution for now. You can set the file association to always load .gif's with IE or something like irfanview (pretty easy in any version of windows).

That's not to say they work 100% in XP either. I've had the same problems with a few isolated .gif's.
