I dunno why, but I didn't hate this episode.

Maybe just the idea of Ichigo vs. Soi Fong is enough to make an episode seem better.

I enjoyed this episode. A lot of things happened, and there weren't any real staring contests. 4/5.

Haha normally I'm not one to nit pick about spelling in a sub but there was one in this episode that I just couldn't ignore; it had me laughing.

Could have been worse, was hoping Ichigo would Bankai and at least really fight Soi Fong but I suppose that is hoping for too much from fillers.

I was actually hoping he doesn't go bankai, as fillers would probably screw it up. In the save Rukia arc, he was a complete badass when he went bankai and took out pretty much anyone who stood in his way. I wouldn't want to see him having too much trouble with Soi Fong or any low-class shinigami if he went bankai, nor would I like to see such a serious fight without anything leading up to it.
