    RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
It's like you can't more than 2 steps in any modern anime without running into a tsundere and you can't take 5 without running into the especially potent Kugimiya strain.

This episode was basically just a rip off of Hayate the Combat Butler (minus the combat), with elements of Zero no Tsukaima, Toradora, and Shakugan no Shana thrown in. The only part I truly found entertaining was near the end when the sister and teacher came looking for their Yuuto and wouldn't let silly things like barred gates or security guards get in their way. Someone remarked on a blog I read that the only way to sell DVD's these days may be to cater to either the tsundere fanboys or the moe fanboys (or both) and I'm thinking they are on to something. This episode seems to fly in the face of the theme of the rest of the show as the scent of tsundere was refreshingly absent from the cast during season 1 where all the female characters were pleasant even if they were confused about their feelings.

    Third Season

Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu Light Novels Get More Anime
Yūsaku Igarashi's romantic comedy light novel series approaching it's ending

An ad for the Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu light novels has announced that another anime adaptation is in the works. The new anime will adapt the story leading up to the final arc of the series. The 14th volume of Yūsaku Igarashi's light novel series is shipping this month, and the ad indicates that this volume is just before the final installment of the series.

I never could get into the second season of this show, but if it's nearing its end.. I don't know. It's curiosity driving me more than anything, but I really can't envision anything really happening with the two either, other than what already happened back in S1.

Basically they got closer, and closer, and closer.. and they married, and lived happily ever after.

I just don't think the pair had enough of a distinct character and the resultant chemistry to make this romance interesting. Do tell if I'm wrong and S2 turned up with something good.

Something is seriously wrong with the world (or the entertainment industry of Japan, to be specific) when a show like this gets more seasons instead of series like FMP, for example. I think I finished the second season but I remember anything from it so poorly that I might as well have not. Assuming there was anything worth remembering in the first place, which I doubt.

That has been my complaint since forever. There are other better works out there that they can adapt (Sword Art Online, Utsuro no Hako Zero no Maria) or sequels they could produce (Baccano, Durarara), but I guess the problem with better works is that that they are written by better people who would not sell out their creations if it is going to get adulterated in the anime version.

if this is getting an S3, does that mean S2 BD/DVDs sold well? That can't be true.. Unless there was bonus fanservice.. Which I think the TV version censored.

Sucks that fanservice is the main drive..

I think even without fanservice a lot of otaku (who actually pay for DVDs) gobble up this kind of crap.

The previously announced new anime adaptation of the Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu light novel series will be a 4-part original video animation (OVA) project. Volumes of Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu: Finale, which will cover the story leading to the novels' final arc, will be released at a pace of one a month for four months.

Can anyone recommend watching S2 just to see this all end?
