I got the impression that by saying "no" to taking Itachi's eyes Sasuke actually meant the "vision" Itachi had and that it wasn't a "no" to physically transplanting them for ems.

Apart from that I also thought of the possibility of Sasuke getting EMS by getting his MS after he got Itachi's Amaterasu. Somehow it still feels as if Itachi could have xfered his MS without transplanting eyes. some kind of weirdo technique others didn't come up with.

It may be just wishful thinking though, or Sasuke will "wait" with the transplant (he's already gotten a huge higher up, getting him another one in such short time without even seeing jewdan work sounds totally retarded)
