Yeah it was from NH3, I think he basically used the rasengan to spin flames around it. Kinda like how kakashi explained that wind techniques makes fire stronger. He didn't infuse it with fire though, just spit it on top; pretty boss.

They haven't even made it to the island yet. This game comes out February 28th, so there won't be any war stuff because the anime won't be that far.
This was in Naruto Ultimate Ninja Impact and the game comes out next October
