I went to the shooting range today - I've shot 50 bullets using sports pistol, and 5 bullets from glock 17. God how i love glock! Its kick is awesome.

    "THE GREATEST OF ALL-TIME"?
That seems like a pretty big grammatical error. "all-time" is an adjective, and would be more applicable if it was worded as: "THE ALL-TIME GREATEST"

Otherwise "all-time" sounds like a noun, like "space-time."

I decided to change my tv package to save money. Currently have directv and it's around $120/month w\ basically every channel.

Wound up getting tv through Verizon Fios and bundling w\ my existing 10mbps/2mbps internet.

Final cost comes out to $100/month for the tv w\ hd dvr and 300+ channels and the internet speed gets bumped to 25mbps/25mbps! I can't wait to test it out.

You know the important distinction between Batman and me? Batman is fictional. In real life, there isn't always an alternative.

Today I was standing at the vending machine at work and I had a daydream. Me and a bunch of people were selections in a human vending machine. A guy put his money in and I came out, and he said "shit, I always get the bad one" and threw me away.

My brother bought a vuvuzela. It's the gift that keeps on giving.

<@Terra> he told me this, "man actually meeting terra is so fucking big", and he started crying. Then he bought me hot dogs

Your freedom is parasitic, you suck the honourable man dry and offer nothing in return. You who have enjoyed freedom, who have done nothing to earn it, your time has come. I 100% completed Red Dead Redemption today, and that made me smile. It also made me cry a little inside since it was 60 hours of my life of which I could have spent at least 30 hours doing something more productive and worthwhile.

For God will not permit that we shall know what is to come... those who by some sorcery or by some dream might come to pierce the veil that lies so darkly over all that is before them may serve by just that vision to cause that God should wrench the world from its heading and set it upon another course altogether and then where stands the sorcerer? Where the dreamer and his dream?

Did you need to make a phone call real bad?

People like to buy these super fancy phones when all they do with it is show it off 4% of the time, make calls 95% of the time, and use the other super features 1% of the time.

Not that I'm saying you're doing that.

I do less calling, more texting, and I've been trying to get a decent mobile web platform since my last phone purchase (which had a browser and a data plan, but was completely useless at actually websurfing). So this phone actually satisfies a big piece of what I wanted from my last phone and didn't get.

Besides, the showoff factor only lasts like .... two days. Pretty much once all your friends have seen it, that's done with.

Nah, the necessity was actually the 2 day power outage that my area got hit with. I got to stay online and do some work despite my whole county being pretty much dark... something my old phone wouldn't have been able to help me with at all.
