I have the same kind of trauma, but with those giant ass mosquitos. Those things are so damn scary :x.
But I just killed one with my oversized tennis racket bug zapper, feels great indeed .

Those are Mosquito hawks (properly called crane flies). They're not actually mosquitoes; they don't drink blood; they're totally harmless.

Yes I know.... -_-", but as with all trauma's, knowing they are harmless doesn't make them any less terrifying. I mean I would be afraid of a scorpion because I know it packs a nasty sting, not because of its appearance.

Wow. You're telling that huge flying insect that I slap with a slipper on sight in fact doesn't do anything at all, besides look scary?

I almost feel sorry for them now.

I always wondered what the correct term for a Daddy Long Legs was.

I love some of the other regional names: Gallinipper, Gollywopper, Jimmy Spinner. Sounds like something from a Dr. Seuss book.

<@Terra> he told me this, "man actually meeting terra is so fucking big", and he started crying. Then he bought me hot dogs

    I passed. By 0.4%.

A few years ago, this would be in the Bitching Thread. Now, I'm just smiling.

Oh, and I had a weird dream last night, and a newspaper article was paying out XanBcoo over something.

I don't remember the contents, just the impression. It was pretty funny.

Seems a bit much to be a coincidence...

Currently Watching: probably a show directed at 9 years old girls, lets be honest.

You know the important distinction between Batman and me? Batman is fictional. In real life, there isn't always an alternative.

Yeah. If it had been just random letters and 666, it would have likely been someone getting the numbers by chance, but together with those letters makes me think he paid the extra money for custom plates.

Pablo Francisco was the first comedian I ever saw live. It was a good time, he's a really energetic and genuinely funny guy. Even if you're bored to death of his Don Fontaine voice and Jackie Chan impressions, you'll still laugh.

I thought Archangel might need the joke to be explained, so I made a demotivational poster for him:

They do this bit on one of the morning radio shows where they have women call in who have dead-beat dads that don't pay child support... anyhow, they call and pretend they're going to win something if they answer 3 questions right and the third question is always "why don't you pay child support?"

They told this guy he'd win 3 UFC 103 tickets here in dallas if he won and he was super excited at that point lol...but the funny part was when they revealed themselves. This guy got so pissed and the radio host kept telling him he was going to have sex with his wife, and take the kids to the park to play....

You'd probably have to hear it to realize how funny it was. This guy was so steaming mad and the host kept saying "alright dude... well, i'm going to send your wife to cancun and i'm even going to go so i can have sex with your wife " *angy guy"i'm gonna #$@(ing rip your throat out!!!!" *radio host "before, or after i have sex with you wife?!"

    it was awesome.

    Gentlemen Behold:

I learned how to use Gimp over the weekend, I took a photo of a drawing I'm working on and played with it a little:

Then at work the next Day I spent 5 minutes making this, It's now my desktop Background at work.

There's a poetic Irony In spending a weekend learning The Gimp because I can't walk right now...
When man invented the bicycle he reached the peak of his attainments. Here was a machine of precision and balance for the convenience of man. And (unlike subsequent inventions for man's convenience) the more he used it, the fitter his body became. Here, for once, was a product of man's brain that was entirely beneficial to those who used it, and of no harm or irritation to others. Progress should have stopped when man invented the bicycle. ~Elizabeth West, Hovel in theHills

My eyes would hurt if i stared at this for a long time.
IMO without blur effect it would be better, but still a great job!
