You know I watched this on Saturday, and I said to myself that has to be Tina Fey right. No self respecting vice-presidential candidate would do that on National television. So was I ever surprised when I realized it was actually her. But I still stand by what I said, no self respecting vice-presidential candidate would do what she did.

My mom sent me a picture she took in our back yard when she was out for a walk. I love the vibrant autumn of Ontario. Maybe next year I'll be home for thanksgiving.

Oh wow, I thought for a second that that was actually your back yard, Really looks like a backdrop that someone painted.

<@Terra> he told me this, "man actually meeting terra is so fucking big", and he started crying. Then he bought me hot dogs

It actually is my back yard. Or rather, my parents' back yard now that I'm away at school. I grew up on a farm in the middle of nowhere, which has it's drawbacks, but definitely is not lacking in scenery.

Wow, I wish I had a backyard like that. It's interesting how much it contrasts with the Spring scenes we've got at Uni. It's more impressive in real life though.

    It isn't KitKat's backyard?

No not SNL. That skit with the rapping. I wonder if she was even listening to what they were saying.

And yes generally speaking, I do have a problem with politicians going on shows like SNL.

Apparently Palin was supposed to be the rapper but backed out at the last minute. A horrible skit that could have been even more embarrassing for my country.

Seriously? I thought those were just the lines she was supposed to say. I doubt she's stupid enough to EVER agree to saying something SNL tells her to unless it was those generic prompt lines for the skit.

I don't think Palin was meant to do the rap in that skit. It was pretty long and would have required a lot of rehearsing and memorization, otherwise she'd have spent the entire time reading the teleprompter and it would have looked even more ridiculous.

I also don't understand why she went on SNL. It's like a dog entering the lion's den. They've done nothing but ridicule her since she was nominated for the VP position.

Where the dreamer and his dream?

So I get an email from him today trying to discipline me and call me out for some nonsense or other. I reply in one long sentence with very little punctuation and multiple subject/verb ambiguities so you can't tell who is who and what's going on where and CC our manager even after he asked me to communicate directly with him if I have an issue with him even though he did it to me first by replying to my email and cc'ing our manager and my subordinate who is the root of the problem anyway. I'm waiting eagerly for his reply with a big smile on my face.

Look at what was caught on Singapore roads this morning. Note that he's also in a bus only lane, hence the lack of traffic. Amazing what people do these days.

It would be funny if Psyke's wife was sitting behind him on that thing.
