I honestly doubt that it even matters. Microsoft is sure to have found some of these 'stealthers' and shut them down. It's only a matter of time before you're found out and permabanned.

I spoke to rockstar a week ago when i played gta4, and they are so fucking strict about it lol, really it doesnt matter wether you are ninja patched or whatever, say hello to a banned account soon, or at the very least gamerscore reset to zero =D.
