Live-evil is known to be quite slow with their fansubs. Their quality is great but even they admit that by waiting for their fansubs, you are basically 'in it for the long haul'.

Actually, for new animes they have been fairly quick with most of them... the ones that they drag along are mostly their "classics" projects.

Hmmm.... So the way the story has just taken off in this episode.... Maybe it really will be just 13 episodes....
The video quality is strange. Can it really look like that originally? There's no clarity to be found. I hope it's just due to the raw or some encoder issue, and a better subber group would fix it. Unless all the raws look like that, and that's the exact reason why no real group has picked this one up as their project.
