Anyway, I am just tired they just add more and more to his Rasengan or his clones. I know giving him new ninjutsus and such may be confusing in the long run but still.

That's exactly what new threads are for, anyway those scenes were from the Naruto Shippuden movie. They replaced the normal intro with video with clips of the movie to help promote it while it was out in theaters.

That is true for everything, usually the wait just heightens anticipation and then when you finally get what you want you feel underwhelmed other than that there is a greater sense of fluidity when you watch everything together and you tend not to notice the little things that you would if you just watched one episode and then spent a week dissecting it.. The fight was actually very good, one of the best in Naruto which is surprising since I never expected much from puppeteers and wasn't too excited about seeing two of them fight against each other but it turned out okay. Btw that fight was Chiyo vs Sasori, Sakura could only be considered a very strong puppet at best.

I wouldn't drop the show, that would actually be more to my liking, not because of Sasuke because then the show would actually have a worthy main character but I don't think Sasuke could ever become the main character because that would completely change the feel of the show and Naruto, isn't Naruto without Naruto. Kishi just really needs to do something with his main character because its really pathetic now and I don't know how much more of him I can take.
