Basically an ending for fate where Saber and Shirou stay together?

Isn't there a translated version of that anywhere??

They don't really "stay" together... they basically meet each other again after Shirou dies.

Shirou lived his life without forgetting about Saber and hopes to see her again.. and Saber waited in Avalon for him... all the time.

Then Shirou dies because he got old etc. and he is able to enter Avalon, because both wished to see each other

and ya, there is probably a translated version somewhere but without the game in the background... so basically just the text translated as a comment or .txt file.
But it's been a year(?) since I found that and I wasn't able to find it again yet.
Maybe you have more luck than me with google.

Aparently this guy is currently adding the extra scenes from Realta Nua to the PC version. Currently, he's added:

Just tested the 9 lives blade works scene and it worked great, i hope he keeps working on this.

Goddam. I have been playing through UBW again, this time with voices as I wasn't patient enough to wait for the voice rips back then, and I can't believe I missed the checking Sakura scene the first time through. The scene with Tohsaka's boobs and Gilgamesh and such... What a scene to miss. Though naturally replaying is far nicer if you are suddenly presented with major scenes you haven't seen before!

But it's all due to the old rule: If you chase two hares, you will get none. Or however it goes. Well, this isn't any real dating sim as such but I still tried to make every selection count toward the true ending.

Hmm... It seems according to the readme you need all the five endings cleared to unlock the Last Episode. I still haven't seen the UBW good ending, despite playing UBW through twice. So, I'd need to work a bit to fulfill that condition. Fortunately I've at least seen both HF endings already. I'm not really interested in playing HF anymore.

If you ask me, the true ending is alot more interesting than the good ending on UBW

I finally got down to it and finished the UBW good ending in order to check out Last Episode. The UBW good ending was quite interesting actually, very down to earth, which was certainly contrasted by Last Episode, which was rather vague and indirect, making it harder to grasp and considerably lessened its impact factor for me. Perhaps it was unavoidable seeing how their meeting couldn't have been based on reality in any case. However, to be totally honest, I don't know if Last Episode actually makes the Fate route better. It originally has a sad but happy ending, which in itself is beautiful.

Down to earth?

Didn't you feel that saber's "resurrection" just felt like an unrealistic happy ending? Not to mention that it got in the way of the romance between Shirou and Rin.

Resurrection? There was no resurrection. Resurrection would require that she died, which she didn't do. Rin keeping her existing is somewhat dubious perhaps, considering the burden and also otherwise - Rin is far more practical than Shirou. I like the true ending a lot more than the good ending, but I don't think the good ending was particularly bad.

This, however, has got nothing to do with it being down to earth. There was basically nothing fancy in it, even less than in the true ending. And it certainly was a lot more clear than the Last Episode, which I used as an object of comparison when I said down to earth.
