A: A couple of years ago, I would have said a sea-side apartment with a very modern, simplistic design. Like designer modern. It would also have everything on your typical "rich houses should have" list.Originally Posted by Xelbair
Now, I'll want a house that I'll truly feel at home. That'll mean at least some, if not all carpeted areas. It gets very dusty, and liquid spills are hell to clean up, but I like lying on the floors, and it gives a really warm feeling. I'd also like some richly coloured wooden furniture - richly as in full of colour, not necessarily expensive, nor rich as in "dark" colour - going with the whole "warm" idea. Seaside views would still be good, but it's not necessary. I'd like it to be on a hillside, so it'll have a penthouse, 1st floor = bedrooms + balcony, ground/1st floor = main floor, entrance, living rooms + balcony, and basement/floor underneath will be pool tables, bbq area, swimming pool and back yard
