    If I remember that episode right, she just happened to show up from out of nowhere. It could be that was the point she physically manifested.

    Nnoitora looks dumb with those blade horns on his head.
    But hey, he's still pretty and his release was quite nice.

    And what bothers me that Ichigo and Inoue just sits there and...well...just watch.
    She could atleast heal Ichigo at the same time but I guess that a waste of pages.
