I'd rather have a sister like Natose, minus the eye patch.

Hato-ne is an all around girl. You never know what will come out of her skirt next..

Lol... I haven't watched the show yet... but the progression of comments was really entertaining (I basically went from "wtf?" to "WTF!!!?"). I'll comment here later...

EDIT: After watching a few eps, I must say I like this show. nothing special, but something i'll enjoy watching every week.

    Long live the potato chips.

The single greatest scene in the history of anime.

Wow, lots of easy references here (many caught quite well by AnimeYoshi's team). I wouldn't have caught the Shizuka Itou references, not having watched D.Gray Man or ToHeart2, but the Shuffle! boxcutter reference had me on the floor. Especially, "It causes mental anguish in addition!"

That, and the font on the cover of the "Yume Note" is of course, from Death Note.

Magical Yume's attack that split the planet in half is a reference to DBZ's Kid Boo-slaying spirit bomb (or maybe just Freeza).

    and the list goes on...

I thought the galaxy-splitting beam was the best one. It's ridiculous on so many levels.

My favorite one so far is the REI GUN from episode 5 (I think?) used by the old butler dude.

The parodies were good and all, but where's my copious and excessive amounts of fanservice?

The neko-Shinra roleplay counted as fanservice for me.

Shinra's super cute side! We start off with her licking her fingers in a exceedingly suggestive way, and then we get to the side we've never seen...

Not that we didn't see it before, but Ageha's butler is clearly a little masochistic.

Somehow, amidst all the chaos, Beniko is surprisingly my favorite. I don't know why really...

yea... I doubt that before that, anyone would have thought that writing and eating could have made a cool action scene!

    [Ayako]KimiAru Eps 8 [h264]

Funny scenes with murderer-Mihato, sexy scenes with Ageha and Shinra, and an overload of Gundam references from Kojuurou and Ren.

Both VAs were in Gundam Seed (and several others individually), but Ren's was also specifically in G. This set of lines was my favorite:

Kojuurou: "Take this! My love, my anger, and [all of] my sorrow!"
[Domon (Ren's VA) trademark line from G Gundam]
Ren: "Like I said, you shouldn't say that!"

Who doesn't love a line-stealing joke referencing an oft-forgotten anime?

Certainly not me, I almost fell out of my chair at that part. Another great laugh-fest chock full of references I actually get. Mihato really needs her own episode though, with a counter to see how many abrupt mood changes she can go through in a single episode.

The puffer fish garter belt scene was great too.
