Hitting twice is too risky, just use a shoryuken type move, cammy's spiral arrow is the savest bet, fucking kills it.
and you can jump akuma's ultra/super, unless you just landed or are starting an attack. Just hold jump he CAN'T grab you ( same with gief ), I bait ppl by simply doing the super first so they jump over it, then i do the ultra on land
