    The impossible to predict show of the season continues with another episode full of disorderly confusion:

    Edit: Man, this episode was so full of embarrassing situations that I had hard time watching it. It was certainly masterfully written and executed but I always find, for some reason, that when somebody is about to do something utterly stupid in front of others or otherwise make a fool of himself it's harder for me to watch than any brain eating psycho horror thriller.

    This show is certainly one of the winners of this season. No doubt of that.

    is there a reason why they drink so much milk in this anime? i thought about 90% of japan's population do have lactose intolerance (or hypolactasia)

    A good question. Maybe to get bigger boobs. It seems to be a popular belief in anime/manga that drinking lots of milk has such an effect.

    Or maybe a household with Kana in it has a heightened need for bones not prone to breaking...

    well its just funny even though the japanese people have to vomit from drinkin milk they are still buying all the milk they can get from the world market at the moment.... maybe some kind of new fetish?

    Argh, don't remind me of an awful vid I stumbled across on youtube...

    Regarding Milk, one really should consider wether they really need it past a certain age.
    I decided to get rid of Milk, cheese and anything with milk inside this summer... because for 2 weeks I had no access to milk and I felt so much better...
    From that time, 23lbs less without changing any other thing in the way I eat...
    Be aware

    Regarding Minami-ke, I guess nice poses are alway a plus.
    Do you think those scenes are meant as Milk advertising?

    I don't know about that. I drank primarily only 2% milk (skipped all the soda and juice) and ate lots of cheese, call it a dairy phase, and I lost about 5 pounds. Unless it's whole milk (which in the States is something around 4% milkfat), there isn't too much other than protein and water in milk. The calcium and fortified vitamin D doesn't hurt either.

    I just have always been a fan of that ridiculous pose. It seems utterly pointless, but is an anime tradition.

    I believe Kana's thoughts on the subject were "I've opened the path for him...". She said some pretty smart stuff after that, only to stupidly wonder how to get Keiko to take her glasses off.

    It was Haruka breaking the plate after hearing one of her adventures as Banchou followed by the strained, "Kanaaa.." that got me though.

    He is somehow charming, strangely enough. He's so obsessed with the idea of making the perfect Haruka-sama his wife, and raising her two "kids" that he goes to such extreme lengths.

    Maki and the other girl who no one listens to were blushing a little bit seeing how far he tries to go. It's amazing determination. Still, Maki's opinion of him is the correct one in the end. Hosaka continuously undressing partially for no reason and either touching himself (like in the eyecatch) or something else had me laughing unreasonably loud.

    The fish topped it all though...
