Well, since no one created this yet, I might as well, heh.

I watched the first episode, and it was very enjoyable. It has fun comedy, and I think people will find it pretty good and funny, IMO.

Episode 1 - A-E & Saizen

Based on a seinen manga by Sakuraba Koharu, serialised in Young Magazine.

Minami-ke is a manga following three sisters, Haruka, Kana, and Chiaki in their lives at home and school. It`s a funny series that depicts how these characters interact with each other and their classmates. It`s a story about ordinary girls and their ordinary adventures told in an extraordinary manner.

Episode 2 - WallSub-Anon

This is easily one of my favorites this season.

Definitely one of the better shows this season. Great animation quality for a slice of life series, great characters, and a large assortment of idiot side characters for each sister (though Kana is the idiot of her class).

Chiaki undoubtedly deserves her nickname. Even if you're not supposed to give yourself one, no other is appropriate. She rules over everyone in her class, and Kana. Only Haruka, the "queen," receives her respect.

I really liked the first episode. Hopefully the rest of the series will turn out just as good.

Just finished ep one, very funny, Kana's retardedness and Chiaki's sternness are an excellent match (obviously). The only thing that I felt was lacking was the personality of the older sister. She had the basic older package stuff but nothing at all to make her stand out or seem important to either the story of the comedy. Hopefully she'll gain some depth as the show goes on since it'd be a waste to not have her be funny somehow as well.

I thought Haruka's personality was pretty clear, though a little bit more expanded in episode 2, I'll admit. Kana is the moron, Chiaki is the straight-man, and Haruka is the fulcrum between the two.

She's the "ma, ma. Don't fight," motherly-type character. Gentle most of the time, but turns stern when she needs to, like when Kana did her Matrix leap onto the table. Or her friends in the beginning of episode 2. But she's also inexperienced, so when awkward questions are asked, she gets flustered. Her reaction during the kissing scene was hilarious, and of course so was Chiaki's.

She also gets embarrassed the easiest.

This show is quite funny, it's great to watch for laughs when you have nothing better to do.

This show has gathered an assorted mix of subbers, but it seems like Ayako is holding the position of the fastest one:

So...even within the power hierarchy we thought was well established:

Haruka --> Chiaki --> Kana

Kana has found ways to manipulate both Chiaki (her naivette about "adult" things) and Haruka (her only weaknesses, modesty and Chiaki). Another great episode, especially the teruterubouzu (sp?).

The teruterubouzu was awesome, the next time it rains I'm doing that with my brother, I just hope it works as well if its a boy. Also loved how Kana's logic for getting Haruka the skimpy swimsuit turned out to be perfectly accurate. SOmething that kind of concerns me though, while Kana is hilarious, I feel kind of bad for her. Chiaki obviously hates her and Haruka seems too aloof to notice that Kana has no proper friends and gets very little external encouragement for any of her actions. If her internal engine of insanity ever stops supporting her ego she could end up in a pretty deep pit of depression. Not that she would ever stop to think long enough to let that happen of course.

This isn't School Days Yuki.

Notice what happened when she did get depressed. She went off with the mysterious sandal, fell flat on her face (lol, how sad and cute at the same time). Less than a minute later, she found something shiny, ran back, and put it on Chiaki's head.

She'll be fine. That's just the personality she has. I've known people like that, just not quite as stupid.

However, I will admit I felt the same thing going into this episode. Kana was at the very bottom of the household hierarchy. Until she tricked Haruka into letting the two of them buy a suit for her, and then tricked Chiaki into picking exactly the type she intended to force Haruka to wear.

Top it all off with giving Haruka a guilt trip about Chiaki's "choice."

Pretty scary when you see what happens when Kana thinks something all the way through. The same thing happened with the teruterubouzu scene. Haruka and Chiaki are lucky Kana usually is too impulsive and impatient.

Lol, I wasn't looking at it from a School Days level and I just felt bad that she doesn't seem to have any true peers. Imagine the adventures of Kana + Kana's crazy friend who's just like Kana! But even with no peers her personality is more than dominant enough for her to be fine, and her ability to sell complete nonsense as absolute fact is great too.

Also, Haruka needs to be more interesting to measure up to the others! Right now she's a just a pair of fine breasts hanging under a pretty face with a cute personality. I want to see more of her owning at volleyball or trying to go on a date after taking advice from Kana.

That could be true, but on the other hand if there was no ordinary personality there, the two others would seem less peculiar due to a lack of contrast.

Although I'm not trying to present that as any solid piece of fact...

Ah, yes. It serves as a good foil. Now I kind of forgive her tad lack of uniqueness.
