Im not sure if "anti-heroe" is the right term.
Its more "morons", i´d say. So, im not looking for series with an asshole, becaise assholes can still be skillful, wise, knowledgable and all that.
Im looking for morons, that arent superskillful, that make wrong decisions, that get called out for that, that behave...like a moron, BUT ultimately have good intents.
So Cowboy Bebop and Hellsing definitely dont fit this explanation, as both Spike and Alucard are far from being morons
Then just take Hellsing out. Everyone else is a moron. And Spike is totally a moron.
I'd put more emphasis on Outlaw Star, the Kite/Mezzo series, and Scryed in that case. Especially Mezzo.
I must say that is a really strange request. A moronic hero that doesn't change? That is a first for me LOL.
Wouldn't Naruto fit the bill? Sasuke is pretty much a moron even now.
Gundam Seed Destiny was mentioned before, and I think that would work too because of Shin Asuka.
Now for a more serious recommendation, Infinite Ryvius might work. The main character is a very weak character that makes constant mistakes, and the story is quite serious. The only problem here would be the art since it is an old series.

looking for a anime headline.. it was shown on CR a year or 2 ago..
it started with the main char coming and killing a evil king to get a kingdom, he had 2 companions with him, one was a dude and oder a was a woman who was entertaining the king..
so after they get the kingdim they start invading oder kingdoms to get beace or something like that
in one epi i rember the "new king" needed a horse, and he tamed a horse which was never tamed before (somekind of evil horse) the way how he tamed it was by showing the horse its weaknes at the time (the horse was attacked by a wolf pack i thng and the horse was tryin to save a younger horse, the "new king" killed the young horse because it would fo died anyways..
thats kinda all i remer atm..
anyone know the anime name??

for Samurai.. you've got most of the ones that come to my mind on your list already.. how about Sword of the Stranger? it's a movie, but it's got some super sweet samurai action. and for another sweet samurai film, there's Princess Mononoke. also Kurozuka comes to mind. though i didn't think much of it, you might enjoy it.
you really liked Zero no Tsukaima? then try watching Shakugan no Shana and see what you think
as for other shows.. how about Kino's Journey, Earth Maiden Arjuna, Casshern Sins, and maybe Karas. yeah, check those out and see what you think.

Thanks Pandadice. Princess Mononoke, Shakugan no Shana, and Karas should all be on that list. Casshern Sins didn't really appeal to me, don't really know why, but ill definitely look into the others. Thanks for your help.

And definitely try to watch Casshern Sins. If you're turned off by the first couple of episodes you won't like the series.

mm i'm pretty sure i watched Shana first.. then watched ZnT. but I definitely prefer ZnT over shana. well.. comparing first seasons anyways. neither of them are very good in regards to sequels :\

Hayate no Gotoku? Nagi Sanzennin fits the bill perfectly.
There are also Mika Kuujin from Kanamemo, Mio from Zettai Karen Children, Koboshi Uematsu from Pita-Ten, and Mimi from Mnemosyne (somewhat tsundere) to name a few. I probably missed some.
