Its kind of like You Tube, but often with much better quality media, and its all in one place. So if you want to watch a movie or just an old ep from say Bleach or Naruto, you don't have to download it, just watch it from here in high quality.
Its free and doesn't require any registration either.

ya there was a thread about sites like this (and i think this one was mentioned as well) a whole back....i'll try to find it.
anyway its a good site....the quality isn't always great, depends on where its hosted. But its a great way to catch up on stuff, or even check out new shows without having to dl them.
