Looks like the case. The batch has pretty a pathetic number of seeds, but it'll have to do:

I got them all from Shinsen's bots, on their irc channel. Didn't take long at all.

It took a change of ISP to finally get enough quota for the rest of this, but I've finally finished it.
I didn't bother rewatching the previous eps (1-17) to refresh myself, since each episode's sort of intertwined in a weird mind-warping way anyway.
Like Chrome Shelled Regios a few days ago, I didn't try to pause or figure out the details, but it was still enjoyable anyway as a "friends help each other out on a psychological journey and heal their wounds" anime.
Makoto's storyline made the most sense, followed by dad's-a-scientist guy, Taro and Miyako's in increasing order of comprehension difficulty.
In the end, I understood it to be a conspiracy involving a religion cult having influence with the underworld mixed with artificial beings screwing up the natural order.
My favourite things about this show's been the picture and music though. Picture-wise, it's always crisp and clean, accented with HD broadcasting. The music can range from weird to eerie, so that's pretty appropriate.
Not everybody's cup of tea, I should imagine, but I'd recommend it for anyone looking something not necessarily fantastic, but a bit different. Character development, most certainly.
