The smallest value from the drop down menu was 7mm. If there's a way to get it smaller, I'd love to hear it...
Edit: Nevermind. I was using the online Rasterbater before. I didn't realize you could get a smaller dot size with the downloadable version. I'll have to redo this on Monday.

That is what I figured you were doing, I hated waiting for the online rasterbator. Just remember not to go too small with black and white because some color differentiations will not show if they are close enough together like in my Simpson's poster with Marge's suit.

Now that is a very nice poster. Once I get more ink for my printer I should be doing some more smaller ones. They should be easier then doing a 25 piece one on my first go.Reprinted with a better resolution. Looks ten times better:
