But the thing is, the 3rd group (Shichibukai) has already been weakened and by the looks of it, the Strawhats may deal with one to two more in the near future: Doflamingo and Jinbei. Interesting observation, however.....

There are a few subtle differences in the icons.
Bellamy's face has two rows of teeth, while the ones in the auction house only have 1.
Also, the face is round and appears to be smiling, while the one in the auction house does not.
