it's not just this chapter but in general... coz it seems like a big help...
Now, to continue the fight with Lucchi and Luffy, and get the hell of the island.
I wonder if Lucchi and Luffy will ever end their fight in this arc. I doubt the Strawhats are going to stay for the buster call to arrive, I don't think they will be thrown into that situation yet. And with that being assumed, I don't think Luffy will have enough time to finish off Lucchi, I say they finally finish rescuing Robin and run for their lifes.
Definitely plausible. And to continue with the same villains for a little bit with yet another long arc somewhere down the line is something that wouldn't be a surprise, given the mangaka's storytelling style. Besides, the CP9 guys as the main villains for a while isn't a bad thing either
What worries me is that the Strawhats are awefully close to the Marine Headquarters, so I really wonder where they'll head next. It might not be such a bad idea to take on the Marine's in the near future, considering that the real bad people might just be the Government Power. As it has said before, the Pirate Summit is around the corner, but it's been a while since I've read this and can't remember well what that actually is, can someone remind me?
The Pirate Summit is not an actual location as many people confuse it to be. It was a statement said by Ace to Luffy. He told him to "reach the top" as in reach the top in Piracy. Reach Whitebeard's level.
Take for example a boxing champion who says to this promising rookie "see you at the top". He's not referring to an actual location but to reach his (the champion) level or his rank.
So yeah. After this Luffy is in fact really close to reaching the Pirate's Summit.

Humm, I thought it would be someplace where some big name pirates where going to have a meeting or something. But assuming what you say is true, Luffy is not "close to reaching the Pirate's Summit". In fact, he's really far from it.
The rest of the CP9 have been defeated, so I think it would be odd if Lucchi was a sole survivor that comes back later to challenge the Strawhats. If Luffy doesn't beat him here, he'll run into trouble anyways when Robin is reunited with the crew.
The Pirate's Summit - For a long time, I also thought that this referred to some sort of meeting ground, but then I read later from a couple translators that this referred to "reaching the top," like Deblas has said. Personally I'm still a bit doubtful towards dismissing possible inserted bias or liberties that the translators have taken there, but I'm still inclined to believe the metaphorical translation anyways.
There really is no end in sight for One Piece if Oda intends to tell his story without time jumps. However, the consequences of Luffy & co.'s actions at Enies Lobby combined with Luffy's will to become strong enough to protect his crew sets them up to be catapulted upwards into strong, high-profile pirates. If Luffy is far from "reaching the summit" now, his pace towards it should only increase from here.

Looks like we have some big marines come in, and ready for the buster call. It's going to be good to see how the Straw Hats are going to get out of this situation, well we should see Luffy take down Lucchi soon. They'll more than likely be getting onto a Marine ship, and might be able to avoid trouble for a second.

If Lucci is flooding the underground passageway, how are Nami, Kokoro, and Chimney going to cope with it?
And it now appears that not only can Zoro and Sanji fall from great distances and survive, Ussop can too.

After getting beaten up so badly now and again.. I think Ussop is more hardy than he thinks he is. But he still runs away.
