wut? man.....there's some sweet animation...but some of it looks just weird.
Also, lol @ the cliffhanger

good episode, but the way they just kinda "flashed" the ending was pretty lame.
Damn, Chiyo's puppets are better than half the ninjas out there.
zomg! this ep was awesome.
yet again, sakura shows that she too can be a bad ass ninja!
i actually thought that it was over and that i'd get to see kakashi unleash teh fury, naruto and kakashi have been chasing deidara for the past 10 weeks.
I really liked the episode, action packed from start to finish... plus we didn't see Gai's team doing some ballet dances with their clones.
This was honest a great episode aside from the preview for next weeks shows what appears to be way to much. Its nice to not see Clone fights for now the last 2 weeks and Kakashi is clearly building up chakra for something awesome.
Now I'm beginning to see how Sasori's a wee bit better than Deidara. Sasori's like frankenstein in a bottle.
And Sakura stopped looking so goofy lately. Her smirks after every mega punch weren't exactly becoming of her, but now a couple sincere acrobatic poses of her and suddenly I'm ooh la la.
As everyone else has pretty much said already, great episode. It's a shame though that Sakura went and pulled a Naruto there at the end and has now pretty much guaranteed Chyo's death. The fighting in this ep was awesome though, best fight scene we've witnessed in shippuuden so far.
Lol, Sasori <3, Tried to power wash everyone to death.
Great animation most of the time, kinda weird a few times. Overall a great episode. Loved that no animation was recycled/repeated during the episode.
What's with Sasori's scrolls? Did the first and fourth summon the fire and water or what?
Awesome short at the end... reminded me of the flash game where you play a girl crashing a dude with her bike to see how far he gets thrown.
Quite a nice ep, but yeah...the animation in some parts like the Baseball Pitch of Desperation and the Rope Tug of Perseverance were just odd. Sasori's power wash and flames that melt rocks were pretty lame also but everything was made up for by Chiyo's crazy awesome Puppets Coprs. I especially liked the red headed girl one with the two big swords....she just ruined everything that got within a few feet of her Also the big one who had Sakura's back since he was clearly using fighting game moves.
now THIS is what an episode of Shippuuden should be like!
pretty awesome animation for most of it, and even the weird bits are acceptable in my book, as they beat re-using old stuff by a power roughly near infinity. I honestly didn't think that even the weird parts that Yuki mentioned were that poorly drawn. Different, but not bad. Then again, maybe I've got lower ninja-animation standards after Doppelganger Kindergarden Doodles.
The compressed water cannon part was a nice addition, even though it being the fourth scroll didn't make much sense. And, yeah, the different elemental attacks all seemed to be compressed in scrolls, with Sasori 'summoning' the elemental and shooting it out of his hands and the scroll eventually expiring.
I simply loved the 10 vs. 100 fight. Chiyo's puppets were simply awesome with their variations. Sakura rocked pretty hard as well. You kinda knew she was going to do well from when she Mario 64'd Sasori by his little poison cord. It was great to see this animated, and I'm glad they pulled their shit together for it. I thought the scenes used for the preview were a bit of an odd choice.
I saw Sakura jumping in front of Sasori's sword as a very selfless and bold move. There's only one antidote left, and now both of them are poisoned, but I thought it was because Chiyo was already poisoned, and so weak that she would have surely been killed by Sasori's attack, that Sakura saw no alternative... Or she might've just not been thinking... Either way, it's a pretty selfless act, although you kinda know the recently-introduced old woman with the familial feud against the enemy is gonna die and not an Episode 1-er.
I felt the old super crazed fanboy excitement flowing through me as I watched this episode. Good stuff.
Humans are different from animals. We must die for a reason. Now is the time for us to regulate ourselves and reclaim our dignity. The one who holds endless potential and displays his strength and kindness to the world. Only mankind has God, a power that allows us to go above and beyond what we are now, a God that we call "possibility".
Also, I had to do a double-take at the part where Sasori's water gun pierced that cloud in the distance.

Ya this was a pretty good episode, they kinda ruined next weeks episode with the preview, showed a little to much in my opinion. Really like the water blade esque move sasori used, and the way the old ladies pupets owned everything in sight, she seemed to kill more then 100 pupets thought especially witht hat inuyasha esque windtunnel move lol.
This was arguably the only good episode of Shippuuden. Nice animation, went smoothly, pace was nice, Sakura got raped in the end.....all we could ever wish for.
Can't wait for whats about to happen next episode. I do believe Naruto Part 2 starts to become a lot better next arc.

My theory on the scrolls are That the fire scroll linked to some high pressure storage facility of gas... as it couldnt really start as fire.. It would kinda burn up Sasori's puppet body like it did the head. The water scroll was probably just another storage place.. I like it though when he cranked his hand and the pressure the water was placed under increased.. anyway yeah.. just useless fake physics for another series
And this week is another nice episode. I also liked how the 3 minutes didn't take up the whole show. But what was wierd is how can Sakura all of a sudden fight again, I thought the antidote only stops the poison for 3 minutes, not treat it.... If all she had to do was endure the pain she could have done that without the antidote.. Blah, ohwell, the animation and everything was really nice though.
I want to know what Kakashi is focusing his chakra for. Well we know for sure it's going to be a long range attack.
And no clone fights ftw.
It wasn't really clear what was happening next episode. Sakura is dead?
Finally a good episode. No flashbacks, no boring ass dialog, and no repetitive fight scenes. Animation was good and pretty smooth for the most part.
It wouldn't be an antidote if it didn't treat the poison o_OOriginally Posted by Id3aLiStiC
