well there is this site that shows different rizon servers. http://searchirc.com/servers/rizon
use them instead of irc.rizon.net
well i usually connect through irc.sexualrice.net
that always working for me at least, some splits but yeah.
and check the site there are others you can use

i just checked the list now and tried out about 7, and they work.
