For no particular reason I decided to have a look at this slightly strange series (in fact there was a reason: historical Japan). It's one of those comedies that plays carefreely with alll manners of concepts, words, history and future as well as has many side characters drawn in a strong caricature manner. I wouldn't say this type of a series is exactly my preferred type, but after two episodes Edo Rocket has had plenty of action and good (and cute) characters to keep me interested. I'll try to keep watching if gg tries to keep subbing...
