    Ninja Gaiden Sigma II Demo Planned for PSN

    A Ninja Gaiden Sigma II demo will be released on the PlayStation Network in September, Tecmo and Team Ninja have confirmed.

    Speaking at a London press event - which is going on right now - the developer reiterated that the PS3 version of Ninja Gaiden II will see full release this autumn.

    A more detailed release announcement will be made in "late July", it said.

    Castle Crashers (one of the best Xbox Live Arcade games) is coming to PS3.

    Sony's GamesCon is going on right now in Germany and now its official.

    1:31 crecente: Kaz hirai taking to the stage for something big
    1:33 crecente: Kaz says the ps3 is getting a new model. That's right the slim
    1:34 crecente: Available in stores from the first week of September
    1:35 crecente: Same features and function. 120 gb drive 33 percent smaller, 36 percent lighter
    1:35 crecente: It will be 299
    1:35 crecente: That's $299, 299 euros, 29980 yen
    1:36 crecente: That will be the price for the current ps3 starting now.
    1:37 crecente: Release date for slim will vary by region but available everywhere by sept 1 l
    1:39 crecente: Shows over





    PS3 with 120gb HDD for $299.99, which is $100 cheaper than the Xbox 360 Elite 120gb and the same price as the Xbox 360 Pro 60gb.

    other than that, I will patiently wait for:
    PS3 slim tests
    PlayTV update to be able to record DVB-T HD
    Hope that it works with more file format someday... for mediaplayer experience.
    wait for serious noise testing...

    and in parallel, I'm having an eye on Ion solutions... some are already interresting to, but I'm eagerly waiting for a test with 7 inside... ideally 7lite.

    All the things I really like to do are either illegal, immoral, or fattening. And then: Golf.

    They said that the 80 GB PS3s will be dropped down to $299 starting tomorrow. So if you don't want a slim because you don't like the look, or just can't wait, you can buy the original.

    Hmm I liked the whole big planet moving in the theme section. Also the new playstation store. Oh yeah quick story....... I had the YLOD (yellow light of death) due to overheating issues. Thank God I didn't have to wait a month because Sams Club just replaces it.

    The new PS3 slim looks unattractive compared to its glossy looking big phat sibling. If they added PS2 BC in the slim, I might've sold my phat and gotten a slim.

    Wow, the slim is a lot sleeker and smaller. I wonder if overheating will be an even bigger problem than with the original?

    I really thought the slim was all a myth; now I know better. I hope Sony will make another PS3 that can play PS2 games. That 60G PS3 was the best one they ever released.

    There isn't.

    Also Europeans aren't getting "screwed" over, that's just the economic value of things, everything is more expensive. If you make 1000$ a month for some job, there is a very good chance someone in europe will get 1000€ for the same job, perhaps a tad less ( I know it's like that for doctors).

    I don't really care is my PS3 if fat or not, I just hope that this has the following flow-on effect:

    Smaller PS3 -> lower production cost -> lower retail price -> more buyers -> more players -> bigger PS3 market -> more and better games from developers.
