    Moetan

It's a new Magical Shoujo-comedy anime, with Yukari Tamura (Nanoha VA) as one of the main characters.

Loli high-schooler girl, Ink Nijihara, has a liking for her classmate, Tezuka Nao, but he does not notice her. Meanwhile, Arcs Sheldart Elbayas, a respected and renowned mage of the Magical Kingdom of Alphabet, was punished by God for something he claimed he was innocent for. He turned into a Duck and sent to the human world to complete his "trials". He meets Ink and gives her the power of magic that must be used to help people in trouble. Ink uses this power as a disguise to help Tezuka Nao with his horrible English skills for school, while helping those in trouble.

Wow, just wow. Lots of loli fan service, perfect for lolicon-pedophiles. Even though Yukari Tamura was the VA, it was deafening to my ears to hear her butcher the English language like that. I've heard Japanese politicians speak better English. By the way, the OP is at the end.

This series cracks me up. I did some searches on it, and apparently it is meant to teach english to japanese otaku. Problem is,
Unfortunately, many of the English examples in the book are bizarre, unnatural, or downright incorrect. Replace: "When I fell down the stairs with my classmate, my body was replaced with her."
So it has become an engrish legend instead.
The attached wrapper on the book says: "Buy now, falling love with Ink-chan, and GET IN to college!!"

Note: This is not spoilers, it's nothing concerning the storyline in the anime.

I tried watching this, but deleted it within the first few minutes. Is it really worth watching?

Not really, but if you don't want to go through the excruciating main content, just skip to the end to where Yukari Tamura (Pastel Ink) translates the English. It gives me a chuckle here or two (you can just use Youtube or a video-uploading site to watch this).

Is the loli fairly good in this one? If it is, it may get me through the main content. I usually dont want to watch stuff by parts, since its kind of unfair to the makers who went through the trouble of creating the whole thing. (I know it doesnt make sense, but thats me)

The loli is decent, but I'd probably say that there's too much of it (one can only go so far in loli!). I don't like the storyline though. It's like watching Nanoha without the beams, spells, and magical stuff but with comedy and echii shots every minute or so.
