Nah. That's just Grimey's released form. What I'm extatic about is that he looks more human-like than hollow. Personally I'd rather he look like that than to be covered in hair or that egg-shell like armor. and if this is Grimmjows full release, is he a vaste-lorde? because he doesn't appear to have changed drastically into some huge thing... its along the lines of ichigos bankai.
I feel underwhelmed about Grimjows release. I just think it looks eh especially after all the buildup.

Definitely. Grimmjow looks like a lizard/dinosaur in his released form.
Granted, he is armored, but the instant I saw that third spoiler pic I thought of Yusuke Urameshi with his Mazoku bloodline fully active. This, coupled with Grimmjow's perpensity for fighting with cero (read Spirit Gun) and taunting his opponents like a juvenile thug really bring the old spirit detective to mind. I suggest you watch Yusuke's final confrontation with Sensui again if you don't believe me. Its all the same (right down to the red spirit gun and all the jumping and destruction).
On a final note, if I see anyone dissing on Grimmjow's glorious man-mane, there's gonna be trouble. Long live the greatest character in Bleach!

Hmm, you're right the lines have gotten thicker, and it also seems like the mask around the jaw curved in(although it may just be from the ultimate cero)
