    No, if we had to trace this Super-Saiyan resemblance back to someplace, it would be Samson from The Bible. Hair obviously represents strength. The longer your hair is, the more powerful you are. The only way Ichigo can overcome this battle is if he cuts Grimmjow's hair off with Getsuga Tenshou!

    Just kidding, but I am hoping Grimmjow would show us something else worthwhile than a new hair style and faster speed.

    Nah. That's just Grimey's released form. What I'm extatic about is that he looks more human-like than hollow. Personally I'd rather he look like that than to be covered in hair or that egg-shell like armor. If there was ever an arrancar to switch sides, I think that it would be more fun to watch Grimey try to make the switch than Ulquiorra.

    i looked at the picture from the link in Jadugars post since his reference to inuyasha got me curious enough...

    but yes, first thing i thought was SS3.

    and if this is Grimmjows full release, is he a vaste-lorde? because he doesn't appear to have changed drastically into some huge thing... its along the lines of ichigos bankai.

    I feel underwhelmed about Grimjows release. I just think it looks eh especially after all the buildup.
